Teacher Training Webinar – Spanish Armada: Historic environment for AQA GCSE (9-1) History (2020 exams)

Deliver lessons on the 2020 historic environment site ‘Spanish Armada’ with complete confidence by joining our virtual tour of the Tudor and Stuart Seafaring Gallery at the National Maritime Museum.

A ‘must’ for everyone following the Elizabethan England British depth study for AQA GCSE History, this 90-minute after-school webinar will:

  • Cover the essential content, concepts and themes that students need to understand about ‘The defeat of the Spanish Armada in the English Channel, July/August 1588’

  • Explore teaching techniques and question approaches for exam success in Paper 2, Section B

  • Help you bring the historic environment to life through a 360° virtual tour of the Tudor and Stuart Seafaring Gallery – which you can access for 6 months after the webinar and replay to students as many times as you like
